A gluten free chocolate cake that is rich in flavour, but doesn't feel heavy.. We use premium cocoa powder (Ghirardelli) in the batter, and melt dark chocolate bars (>70% cocoa) on top, mixed with orange zest and almond pieces. Contains milk, almonds.
